about

Sankhara is a soul scar, an imprint left. This is my very incomplete understanding of the word. It is how I first understood it and what inspired me to embody this idea in music. A flash of experience that changes one for life.

an inspiration was also digging out these strange stringed instruments I had in a box in the basement- zithers, collected, given. An accident that the out of tune sounds resonated in a certain period, setting something in motion.

now here, a document.

The source is darkness, fear, uncertainty, a black, deep river. The destination a still, bright ocean.
